Co-founded by several partners and led by Katya and Suki Skye, DACHA Projects is rooted in a guiding principle: “Feeding with love. DACHA Kitchen & Bar takes its name from the Eastern European tradition of the dacha—a second home devoted to rest, family, and gathering. Here, Eastern European classics are reimagined with seasonal California ingredients, modern techniques, and vibrant presentation. Our full-service cocktail bar offers custom-crafted drinks, artfully paired with the menu, alongside a curated wine list that celebrates queer- and women-owned wineries + Georgian selections. Continuing our passion for building community, DACHA collaborates frequently with other chefs and restaurants to offer unique cultural and culinary experiences.
