About Us

Founded by friends and co-owners Katya Skye, Suki Skye, Chef Katya Pervushina, and Tanya Ivanovich, DACHA Projects embodies the ethos of "Feeding with love. Leading with peace". The entire team is committed to inclusivity and community, striving to create spaces where everyone feels embraced and empowered to be their authentic selves.

 

Our three businesses include: DACHA Kitchen & Bar, DACHA Cafe & Bar, and Manhattan Zodiac by DACHA. Our mission is to support industry professionals on their career path and foster a vibrant community of hospitality for our guests and team members.

Named after the Eastern European term for a seasonal or year-round second home where family and food are front and center, DACHA Kitchen & Bar honors the favorite foods from Chef Katya's childhood, updated to celebrate the seasons with meticulously crafted menus and vibrant presentations. The full cocktail bar offers custom creations to complement the menu, and a curated selection of wines including Georgian specialties. DACHA Cafe & Bar in the SoMA neighborhood offers some of the tasty foods from our full kitchen, plus specialty coffee and tea drinks made by our talented baristas. Manhattan Zodiac specializes in food and cocktail catering, bartending services, mixology classes, and bar consulting.
