​Founded by friends and co-owners Katya Skye, Suki Skye, Chef Katya Pervushina, and Tanya Ivanovich, DACHA Projects is rooted in the guiding principle: “Feeding with love. Leading with peace.” Our entire team is dedicated to fostering inclusivity and community—creating spaces where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and empowered to show up as their authentic selves.
Our mission is to nurture the growth of hospitality professionals and cultivate a vibrant, supportive community—for both our guests and team members. We are guided by the core values of Professionalism, Respect, Integrity, Dignity, and Empathy.
Our projects currently include DACHA Kitchen & Bar and Manhattan Zodiac by DACHA.
DACHA Kitchen & Bar takes its name from the Eastern European tradition of the dacha—a seasonal or year-round second home centered around family, food, and gathering. The restaurant pays homage to Chef Katya’s childhood favorites, reimagined with seasonal ingredients, modern techniques, and vivid presentation. Our full-service cocktail bar features custom-crafted drinks designed to pair with our menu, alongside a curated wine list highlighting Georgian selections. We also provide full-service food and cocktail catering for events from 5-500+ guests.

Manhattan Zodiac by DACHA offers expert bartending services, mixology classes, and consulting for bars and restaurants—specializing in cocktail program development, team training, and hospitality hiring.
