Women's History Month Event #1:
MONTH-LONG COLLAB WITH ANYA & AMELIA

March 2, 5-10 PM

OPENING EVENT WITH ANYA & AMELIA

Kicking off Women's History Month in style, Chefs Anya Voloshyna and Amelia Eudailey are contributing some very special dishes for the whole month, and a portion of the proceeds of each sale will be donated to Misto Dobra.

Anya is contributing TWO chiberek, a crispy and delightful pocket of deliciousness. Crispy Chiberek with Meat: A golden, flaky pastry filled with juicy, perfectly seasoned beef, fried until crisp and irresistibly crunchy. Each bite delivers a burst of rich, savory flavor, balanced by the delicate, thin dough. Served piping hot, just as it should be. Cheese Chiberek: A delicate, crispy turnover filled with warm, melty cheese, wrapped in thin, golden pastry and fried to perfection. The crispy shell gives way to a rich, creamy filling, making every bite pure comfort.

Amelia will add her unique dish, called The Classic Swede. Inspired by the Swedish street food "Tunnbrödsrulle", this spin on a classic takes an Olympia Provisions pork frankfurter and tops it with cheesy mashed potatoes, creamy Bay shrimp salad, dill pickles, fried shallots, and ketchup and mustard.

Join us on March 2nd for the offical launch of these fabulous dishes, but they'll be here all month!
