SPINNING LOVE: A Valentine's Dinner & Vinyl Night
This Valentine’s Day, join us at DACHA for an evening of warmth, rhythm, and romance.
SPINNING LOVE is a special Valentine’s dinner featuring select seasonal dishes alongside our full menu, set to the glow of candlelight and the slow pulse of vinyl. A DJ will be spinning electronic, romantic records all night—music meant to be felt as much as heard. Think vibrant flavors, luxurious touches, and plates meant to be shared (or not — we support all love languages).
Whether you’re celebrating long love, new love, or simply the pleasure of a beautiful night out, this is an evening designed to be intimate and a little transportive. Enjoy a cocktail by candlelight, share stories over a table full of color and warmth, or simply settle in and let the world fall away for a while. You can expect:

Monthly Events
Mixology Classes
Join us every Second Saturday to learn the techniques of a master mixologist, and shake your way to making great cocktails at home!
Your guide will take you step-by-step so you understand the fundamentals of mixology and make two delicious craft cocktails (+ a welcome drink). You'll learn why some drinks are shaken while others are stirred, what ingredients play well with each other, and find out the fascinating history of your favorite drinks.
These are lively classes that are as playful as they are informative. Your teacher will help you learn how to balance flavors and perfect recipes, like how to make an old-fashioned or a margarita. This is the perfect opportunity to plan an experience or gift for birthdays or other special occasions. Or just take time out with friends to do something fun and celebratory! At the end of your time, you will come away with real bartending skills and recipes to try the next time you get together.

Borsch & Beats
Join us for Borsch & Beats every fourth Friday, where coziness meets community spirit! Savor our delicious borsch, available in vegan and meat options, alongside freshly baked buns and fruit-infused house-made spirits.
