New Year's Eve Dinner
Celebrate New Year’s Eve the dacha way—festive, cozy, and full of flavor. For one night only, we’re serving a special menu inspired by classic Eastern European dishes, along with our own playful, modern twists. We’ll be offering two seating windows—6:30–9:30pm and 10:00pm–1:30am—with turn times in place for the earlier seating so we can welcome everyone celebrating with us and special hours until 1:30am to bring in the new year together (note that the kitchen will close at 12:30am). After dinner, guests are welcome to continue the night at the bar.
Private rooms are also available to book for the entire evening; please inquire for details. Seating is limited, so reserve early to join us for a delicious start to the new year.

In a warm and friendly atmosphere, we will create a complete holiday menu together — from a fresh salad and a delicious main course to a sweet dessert. You will learn techniques that are easy to recreate at home, as well as discover new flavor combinations and culinary tricks.

This is more than just a cooking class — it’s a cozy evening filled with the aromas of the holiday season, inspiration, and great company. Join us to enjoy good company, unlock your culinary potential, and prepare dishes that will beautifully adorn your Christmas (or New Year's!) table.

Mixology Classes
Join us every Second Saturday to learn the techniques of a master mixologist, and shake your way to making great cocktails at home!
Your guide will take you step-by-step so you understand the fundamentals of mixology and make two delicious craft cocktails (+ a welcome drink). You'll learn why some drinks are shaken while others are stirred, what ingredients play well with each other, and find out the fascinating history of your favorite drinks.
These are lively classes that are as playful as they are informative. Your teacher will help you learn how to balance flavors and perfect recipes, like how to make an old-fashioned or a margarita. This is the perfect opportunity to plan an experience or gift for birthdays or other special occasions. Or just take time out with friends to do something fun and celebratory! At the end of your time, you will come away with real bartending skills and recipes to try the next time you get together.
