A Queer Wonderland at DACHA
September 11, 5-8pm
Be a part of the transformation of DACHA into A Queer Wonderland, complete with yummy drinks and eats you won't want to miss. Come dressed as your favorite Alice in Wonderland character and you might just meet the Hatter, Rabbit, or Queen of your destiny!
Our event is part of San Francisco Queer Cocktail Week, a series of events helping to bring more awareness to the many queer-owned bars and restaurant in our beautifully queer city.

We will also have some special cocktails available for the whole weekend, and they are Buy-One-Get-One if you use the Blackbird app to pay!

No reservations needed unless you want a table, otherwise just join us at the bar.

Monthly Events
Mixology Classes
Join us every Second Saturday to learn the techniques of a master mixologist, and shake your way to making great cocktails at home!
Your guide will take you step-by-step so you understand the fundamentals of mixology and make two delicious craft cocktails (+ a welcome drink). You'll learn why some drinks are shaken while others are stirred, what ingredients play well with each other, and find out the fascinating history of your favorite drinks.

Special this month and in addition to our regular public mixology class, we are offering a Russian-speaking mixology class focusing on the interesting world of gin cocktails.
These are lively classes that are as playful as they are informative. Your teacher will help you learn how to balance flavors and perfect recipes, like how to make an old-fashioned or a margarita. This is the perfect opportunity to plan an experience or gift for birthdays or other special occasions. Or just take time out with friends to do something fun and celebratory! At the end of your time, you will come away with real bartending skills and recipes to try the next time you get together.

Borsch & Beats
Join us for Borsch & Beats every fourth Friday, where coziness meets community spirit! Savor our delicious borsch, available in vegan and meat options, alongside freshly baked buns and fruit-infused house-made spirits. ​​​​​​​

Cacao Ceremonies
